Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Columbia Palace, I was thoroughly impressed by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations, particularly in terms of their really good service and facilities. The staff's effort in promptly returning my forgotten sim cards was a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction, making me feel valued and cared for. the air conditioning in our room was not only efficient but also quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep after a long day of outdoor adventures.
